1. The service
Market Solo is marketing workflow software in private development. It connects project context, authorised measurements and user decisions to research, content, campaign, publishing and tracking workflows. Features may be labelled available, in development or blocked; those labels form part of the service description.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information and protect your access credentials. You may connect, analyse or modify only websites, accounts, containers and other resources that you own or are authorised to manage.
You are responsible for the people who use your account and for reviewing the project, destination and scope shown before approving an external action.
3. Connected services
Google, WordPress and other connected services remain governed by their own terms, permissions and availability. Connecting a provider does not grant Market Solo permission to perform every action supported by that provider.
Read access, preparation, editing and publication are distinct permissions. Market Solo may require an additional authorisation or explicit confirmation before creating a draft, publishing a container version, publishing content or carrying out another external action.
4. Your content and instructions
You retain rights in the project information, instructions and content you provide. You give Market Solo the limited permission needed to process that material and generate the work you request.
You are responsible for checking factual accuracy, intellectual-property rights, brand claims, regulatory requirements and suitability before approving or publishing generated work.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Market Solo to access systems without authority, deceive users, distribute unlawful or harmful material, bypass provider safeguards, interfere with the service, expose credentials, or create tracking that violates consent or privacy requirements.
6. Plans and payment
Market Solo is currently presented as a private-development service and the public website does not offer a paid checkout. Any future paid plan will show its price, billing period, included usage, cancellation terms and applicable consumer information before purchase.
7. Availability and results
Marketing, search and advertising outcomes depend on factors outside Market Solo's control. The service does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, provider approval or uninterrupted availability. Measured data may be delayed or limited by the connected provider.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted where necessary to protect users, providers or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or address a material breach. You may stop using Market Solo and request account deletion by emailing admin@market-solo.com.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Market Solo is not responsible for indirect losses, decisions made without reviewing the presented evidence, unauthorised use of an account, or outages and policy decisions of third-party providers.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated as Market Solo develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the contact channel associated with the account before they take effect where required.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@market-solo.com. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data and connected Google services.
